St. Mary’s Nurses Promoted

This spring St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center promoted seven nurses on the Professional Development Pathway. The aim of the Professional Development Pathway is to promote excellence in nursing practice by recognizing and rewarding nurses for advancing their professional development and practice, employing evidence-based practice and research, providing leadership, collaboration and tenure.
